Information on the construction of the Park Life RC
Dear Partners, Clients and Media Representatives,
Recently, the media and social networks have spread information about the suspension of our construction and the seizure of the land plot. We consider it our duty to provide comprehensive information on this issue:
- Documentation and permits: all work is carried out legally, in accordance with all necessary permits (construction permit No. ІУ013210903187) and project documentation (project expertise), which was approved by the government expert review panel. We strictly comply with the requirements set out in the urban planning regulations and laws.
- Contractors: to ensure high quality of construction, we involve only trusted contractors (General Contractor’s License No. 75-Л dated 12.12.2018, Annex to the License with a list of types of construction work).
- Land issues: the land plots are used under the concluded lease agreements, lease fee is paid to the city budget for the use of land plots (land lease agreement No. 0046 dated 22.12.2018, land lease agreement No. 0006 dated 11.04.2019, land lease agreement No. 0067 dated 22.12.2018).
- Environmental safety: the construction area borders the park, but is not and has never been part of the park area, and the construction does not cause any damage to the nature reserve fund.
We do emphasize that all construction permits, including urban planning conditions and restrictions on land development, and a construction permit, are valid.
Therefore, we believe that the criminal proceedings are unfounded and the seizure of the land plots is unlawful, as it interferes with our legitimate activities. We are taking all necessary measures in accordance with the law to confirm in court the legality of the construction and to cancel the seizure.
