Living near the park two streets away from the business center: a new project from RIEL in the capital

Sales of apartments in the new business-class residential complex Park Life, which is being built at the entrance to Solomianskyi Landscape Park at 1-3 Henerala Shapovala Street, have started. This part of Solomianskyi District is as close to the city center as possible. Previously, the site was occupied by car companies and small-scale architectural structures.

The project is being implemented by Real Estate Corporation RIEL, a developer with over 20 years of experience in construction in Kyiv and Lviv.

The unique location – on the border with Solomianskyi Park and two streets away from the business center – has become the basis of the Park Life philosophy. On the one hand, residents have daily outdoor recreation, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the sounds and sights of the park. On the other hand, they stay in the city, where an interesting and busy life is not limited to the territory of their own residential complex.

The immediate environment is a modern part of Solomianka with a well-developed infrastructure. Nearby are high-class buildings, prosperous neighbours, several TOP-supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, many kindergartens, well-known gymnasiums and schools, sports clubs, modern medical facilities, several business centers, a transport hub and much more.

The Park Life Residential Complex includes three business-class buildings with a height of 16-22 floors and 781 apartments. In addition to the monolithic frame construction technology, combined façade and designer spacious entrance groups, Park Life has other important features:

  • An up-to-date architectural concept that meets the goals of sustainable development and is harmoniously integrated into the context of the park. The façades will be made in restrained natural colours and textures.
  • Sufficient number of parking spaces: a parking lot for 486 cars, which will ensure a high level of parking culture and no parking problems in the residential complex. In addition, the lower levels of the parking lot will have dual-purpose structures with protective properties that can be used as shelters. 
  • Planning solutions with a variety of functional areas. Each apartment is designed to provide the maximum number of life scenarios on the corresponding area.  Residents will receive spacious kitchens-living rooms with comfortable seating areas, separate dressing rooms, spacious master bathrooms, guest bathrooms (for apartments of 50 m2 and more).
  • A special bonus: healthy walks in the fresh air with the energy of Solomianskyi Landscape Park with an area of more than 27 hectares.

Sales are open in the residential complex. There are more than a hundred layout options to choose from with an area of 34 m2.

The cost per m2 is from UAH 42,000.00 to 62,000.00 (depending on the floor and type of apartment).
