Refutation of the information about the suspension of construction
In recent days, electronic media and social networks have been actively spreading information about the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development stopping the construction of the Park Life Residential Complex at 1-3 Henerala Shapovala Street.
In this regard, we would like to officially refute this information and explain what really happened.
According to the unified state electronic system in the field of construction, the city planning conditions and restrictions for the design of the construction project “Construction of Hotel, Office and Multifunctional Buildings” at 1-3 Henerala Shapovala Street in Solomianskyi District of Kyiv were suspended. However, it is important to note that the urban planning conditions and restrictions for this construction project have already been implemented: project documentation has been developed, and the permit No. ІУ013210903187 dated 10 September 2021 from the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine for construction works has been obtained, which remains valid.
We would also like to note that, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Regulation of Urban Development, the customer has the right to carry out construction works after the state architectural and construction control authority issues a permit for construction works on facilities that are classified as facilities with medium (CC2) and significant (CC3) consequences, and the documents granting the right to carry out construction works are valid until the completion of construction.
We emphasize that the decision made by the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Development to cancel the Urban Planning Conditions and Restrictions is not a reason to suspend construction works at the construction site.
Therefore, the construction works at the site are currently continuing under the valid construction permit.
We urge media representatives to be careful and unbiased in their coverage of this topic. Our company is always open to dialogue and ready for constructive cooperation.
